Job Summary

As a Sales Engineer at Deepomatic, you’ll be the technical expert supporting the sales team in showcasing how our AI-powered computer vision platform transforms field services operations, particularly in the telecommunications sector.

You'll work closely with prospects to understand their challenges, demonstrate the value of our product, and guide them through technical evaluations and solution design.

This role involves technical expertise, problem-solving and communication skills as well as collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support – Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, present Deepomatic’s solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

  • Product Demonstrations & POCs – Lead product demos and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations to showcase the value of our computer vision platform.

  • Solution & Integration Architecture Design – Define and design how Deepomatic integrates with customers' IT stack, ensuring seamless interoperability with field service management systems, workflow automation tools, and enterprise applications.

  • Customer Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor, addressing technical concerns, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings.

  • Partner Collaboration – Work with Deepomatic’s partners, including IQGeo, Prodapt, Sitetracker, and many more, to align on joint value propositions, explore integration opportunities, and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.

  • Industry Expertise – Stay up to date with field service and computer vision trends to align our solutions with market needs.

  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering – Relay customer insights to the product and engineering teams to improve Deepomatic’s offerings and ensure continuous innovation.

  • Support RFPs & Technical Proposals – Assist in crafting detailed technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.




Job requirements

  • Technical Background – Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Integrations – Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integration. Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and middleware solutions is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Field Service & Telecom Technologies in the DACH Region – Understanding of tools (e.g., Praxedo, Sitetracker, Zinier) and telecom industry workflows is a strong advantage.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to assess customer challenges and design tailored solutions leveraging Deepomatic’s AI-powered platform.

  • Customer-Centric Approach – Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Sales Acumen – Experience working in a pre-sales or technical sales role, supporting enterprise B2B software solutions.

  • Collaboration & Adaptability – Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Language Skills – Fluency in English and German is required; fluency or working proficiency in French is a strong plus.
